Job Description

Work closely with the Unit Lead to promote, monitor, and report on the implementation of the Business Management System (BMS, Mott MacDonald’s integrated quality management system) in the defined area of work.
Assist the Unit Lead in improving policies, systems, programs and initiatives to achieve compliance with relevant standards and requirements of quality.
Monitor compliance with the BMS each week, using the BMS manager dashboard and identifying actions required.
Establish and maintain divisional BMS records.
Ad-hoc projects may be assigned by Unit Lead.

Candidate Specification

Degree holder. Qualifications in quality management or project management are a plus, but not essential.
Working experience in coordination and implementation of quality systems or project management in a professional service, project-related or similar environment is a plus.
Good interpersonal & communication skills, self-motivated, independent, and willing to learn.
Technologically literate including in MS Office.
Good command of written and spoken English.
