Responsibilities

Control and supervise all food and beverage services in the Restaurant and Room Service section
Maintain service to a high standard
Motivate and be responsible for all associates in the restaurant
Check the reservations before each meal period and assist servers to prepare floor plan
Comply with the Safe Food & Hygiene Standards Manual
Carry out reasonable duties and responsibilities assisgned by supervisor

Requirements

5 to 7 years experience in Food & Beverage capacity, preferably western cuisine
Outgoing, service-oriented with good communication skill
Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
