Administrative Officer

Job Responsibilities:

Provide full spectrum of human resources including but not limited to recruitment and selections, attendance record, payroll and MPF administration, employee benefits, insurance etc.;
Provide general administrative support and ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above;
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience;
Knowledge in Labour Ordinance, payroll and MPF;
Be mature, willing to learn and independent.

Senior Clerk / Clerk

Job Responsibilities:

To provide clerical support such as data entry, filing etc.;
To prepare different kinds of reports;
To perform ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

Form 5 or above with formal commercial training for Clerk;
Minimum of 1 year experience for Clerk Candidates who have inadequate experience would be considered for the position of Senior Clerk;
Be mature, willing to learn and independent;
Familiar with computer application such as Microsoft Word, Excel etc.

Receptionist

Job Responsibilities:

Handle all incoming call and enquiries;
Greet all visitors and guests;
Arranging delivery courier service and other duties;
To perform ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

Form 5 or above;
Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience;
Be mature, willing to learn and independent;
