部門 / 跨業務範疇項目：實習生會被分派到特定的店鋪，參與分店的重要項目，這些項目涉及集團業務、市場研究、產品推廣，改善業務、店舖操作及顧客服務等流程。
教練輔導：經驗豐富的資深員工會擔任培訓生的教練，提供難得的接觸業務經驗及學習機會。
就業建議：集團會給予培訓生表現評核及意見回饋，以推動他們成長及提升能力。
事業發展：計劃為期約12個月，由實習培訓生開始，按階段提升職能及職級，計劃完畢後，可獲安排參與分店營運管理工作崗位。
