BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

. Graduate in 2024, currently working towards a Bachelors (BS) or Masters (MS) in Marketing, Economics, Business Management, Finance, or Information Management (or similar field)
. Able to work full-time for 12 months
. Advanced Powerpoint and Excel user (practical knowledge of VBA/macros and advanced Excel functions)
. Proficient in data analysis
. Work closely with business development managers and program managers to conduct industry research and ecosystem stakeholder analysis
. Self-motivated to work proactively on tasks
. Great team player to work with others as a team
. Fluent in Mandarin and English, Native in Cantonese for both written and verbal communication skills

These tasks will include, but will not be limited to:
. Conduct detailed reporting and deep-dive analysis to derive actionable business insights
. Set up internal reporting and processes to drive automation and more efficiency
. Capture, track, and advance qualified engagements in our CRM lead management system (Salesforce)
. Organize and participate in events

. Analysis background
. Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing stakeholder requests
. Highly driven and demonstrated ability to implement and deliver against aggressive targets
