About the Role & Highlights We are looking for an energetic, creative, and sales-driven (Senior) Digital Marketing Executive to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love the Beauty industry, and have a solid Digital marketing background, we want to hear from you. Core Responsibilities • Strategy & ROI: Assist in developing digital acquisition strategies and optimizing ROI across all marketing channels. • Integrated Campaigns: Formulate and execute impactful online content, advertising, media buying, and video strategies to hit business goals. • Content & Copywriting: Own the end-to-end process—from conceptualization to copywriting—for multi-channel campaigns including Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube. • Performance Tracking: Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance data; manage agency/vendor relationships and provide insights for continuous optimization. • Market Intelligence: Stay on top of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry research to keep our brand ahead of the curve. Who We Are Looking For • Education & Experience: Associate Degree or above in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline, with 3+ years of experience in digital marketing. • Industry Advantage: Prior experience in the Beauty industry is highly preferred. • Technical Skills: Proven track record in lead generation, social media management, and search marketing. Proficiency in Google AdWords and Google Analytics is a distinct advantage. • Key Traits: Proactive, independent, and highly creative; able to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Flexibility: Willing to travel occasionally for business meetings, corporate events, and marketing activities.
