JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a motivated and proactive Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Hong Kong. This role is central to expanding our presence in the electric mobility space and involves engaging directly with individual and business clients to promote our range of premium electric motorcycles and related products. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong relationship-building skills, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of customer needs. RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with business and retail clients, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. • Engage regularly with prospective and existing customers to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions. • Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets across vehicles, consumables, and accessories. • Collaborate with the broader sales and marketing teams to adapt approaches based on market feedback. • Monitor individual sales performance and generate regular reports with actionable recommendations for improvement. • Conduct market research to stay informed about competitor offerings, pricing trends, and industry developments. • Represent the company and conduct product demonstrations at the showroom, events, and trade shows. • Collect and relay customer feedback to improve product offerings and support continuous service enhancement. • Ensure all sales activities align with company procedures, standards, and customer service expectations.
