Temporary Merchandiser (Sweater)
Responsibilities
- Report to Merchandising Manager and handling garment product for Italy market
- Ability to resolve all aspects of problems from sourcing, product development, price negotiation, sampling, production till shipment in efficient and effective manner that implementing the merchandising strategies
- Build & maintain effective and good business partnership with vendors and act as a bridge to headquarter
- Monitor vendors performance, develop & initiate corrective actions when required
- Lead a small team to perform daily operation ensuring the quality and delivery performance as requirements
Requirements
- DSE / Form 5 or above
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience in garment merchandising
- Experience in Children's wear is preferable
- Working experience in sizable buying office or trading company is a definite advantage
- Fully confidence in resolving complex issues and challenging situations
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivator to drive results with proven business and financial acumen
- Strong leadership, coaching and organizing skill, energetic, positive attitude and workload management
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in computer software of Microsoft office
