Responsibilities 職責

• Manage the day-to-day operations of supermarkets
• Drive store KPIs including sales and profitability, store operations standards, shrinkage and cost control, customer service excellence and manpower planning through effective business strategies and team collaboration
• Monitor the stock inventory, in-store visual merchandising and marketing promotion display to maximize sales performance and enhance customer experience
• Provide training and coaching to team members to maintain a highly motivated and productive workforce
• Identify customers’ needs and build strong customer relationships

Requirements 入職要求

• Secondary education or above
• Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience in retail or service industry; preferably gained in food or supermarket industry
• Strong commercial sense and customer oriented
• Good organizing, communication and leadership skills
• 中學畢業或以上程度
• 具3年零售或服務行業管理經驗 (曾從事食品或超級市場行業優先考慮)
• 具良好市場觸覺及了解顧客需要
• 具良好策劃、溝通及領導技巧

The successful candidates may take “Advanced Diploma in Retail Store Management – Supermarket Chain (QF Level 4)”, a recognised qualification equivalent to Associate Degree level under the Qualification Framework. In addition, you may take “Professional Diploma in Retail Management (QF Level 5)”, a program jointly developed by A.S. Watson Group and Institute for Entrepreneurship of PolyU with a recognised qualification equivalent to Bachelor Degree level under the Qualification Framework. The 18-month course covers sales and marketing, customer management, information technology, human resources, merchandising and supply chain, store operations and strategic management and its application.

成功入職後，您將有機會入讀「零售管理高等文憑 – 超級市場連鎖店 (資歷架構第4級)」課程，此課程資歷獲教育局認可並相等於副學士級別。此外，您更有機會報讀「零售管理專業文憑 (資歷架構第5級)」，課程由屈臣氏集團及香港理工大學企業發展院共同設計及發展，資歷獲教育局認可並相等於大學學位級別。課程為期18個月並涵蓋營銷、顧客服務、資訊科技、人力資源、採購及供應鏈、店舖營運及管理策略等範疇。
