Senior Merchandiser (Woven)
Responsibilities
- Assist merchandising manager to follow up each step from product development to production
- Liaise with customers & factories from development to shipment
- Experience in product development, costing and production
- Cost analysis & price negotiation with suppliers
- Ensure product development & production processes are smooth and accurate information transfer to all relevant parties
- Able to handle overseas customer independently
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Occasional trips to China for production follow up is necessary
Requirements
- DSE / Form 5 or above
- At least 10 years experiences in handling garment trading business
- Knowledge in raw material sourcing, styling, specially in woven knit garment
- Must have experience in product development and production
- Able to work independently and under tight schedule
- Self-motivated, high accuracy, able to look ahead and behind, detail-minded and responsible during the time after worked
- Good command of spoken and written in English and Mandarin
