Job Duty

Conduct orientation sessions for new members. Build a strong personal training client base. Lead small group training sessions. Maintain cleanliness in the gym. Achieve monthly sales and revenue goals through new sales, service, and client retention. Job Requirements: Possess a personal training certification. Hold a CPR certification. Have 5 years of experience in the field. Proficiency in spoken Cantonese and English is an advantage. Job Roles & Responsibilities: • providing high-level of fitness service to all members and guests • Conduct gym tours and provide information about fitness to encourage sign-ups for personal training and classes. • Handle fitness inquiries and work collaboratively with the front desk and sales team to help achieve club targets. • Maintain and oversee the cleanliness and hygiene of the gym. • Perform administrative duties, including keeping accurate client logs, member interaction logs, and other related tasks. • Assist the Club Manager with maintenance needs. • Schedule orientations and personal training sessions for members. • Conduct group training sessions as required. • Must possess a pleasant and outgoing personality and be fluent in both Chinese and English. • Must be willing to work shifts • The company strives to provide training to all staff; therefore, you will be required to conduct personal training sessions for staff or seminars/talks for other customers without additional compensation as part of your job duties.
