Restaurant Supervisor (Full Time/ Part Time)

About the Role We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented restaurant Supervisor to oversee front-of-house operations and support daily restaurant management. The successful candidate will ensure excellent service standards, smooth operations, and positive guest experiences while leading and motivating the service team. Key Responsibilities • Supervise daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing shifts • Lead and support front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service to Company requirements and standards. • Ensure high standards of customer service • Required to handle guest enquiries or complaints professionally and accordingly to Company policy. • Coordinate closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow • Support the Management Team, providing coaching and on-the-job training • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety, and company procedures • Manage cash handling, POS operations, and daily sales reconciliation • Assist with inventory control and stock ordering • Maintain restaurant cleanliness and overall restaurant presentation Requirements • Minimum 6 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations • Prior supervisory or team-lead experience preferred • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills • Excellent customer service mindset • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Good communication skills in English and Cantonese/Mandarin (where applicable)
