Dah Chong Hong, Ltd is a diversified business conglomerate specializing in three core businesses—Mobility, Consumer, and Healthcare & Logistics—serving partners and customers across Hong Kong, mainland China and Southeast Asia markets. Responsibilities
- Manage lease administration matters, including lease renewals, relocations, terminations, and rent reviews.
- Review tenancy agreements, licences, and related legal documents.
- Coordinate lease applications and approval processes in accordance with company policies.
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, property agents, solicitors, valuers, and government authorities.
- Conduct lease negotiations and assist in securing favorable commercial terms.
- Maintain accurate lease records and ensure timely filing of leasing documents.
- Monitor critical lease dates and follow up on renewal and termination actions.
- Support property acquisition, disposal, surrender, and repossession projects.
- Coordinate rental payments, security deposits, and other property-related expenses.
- Prepare management reports, leasing summaries, and portfolio analyses.
- Work closely with business units, finance teams, and legal departments on property-related matters.
- Participate in ad hoc projects and assignments as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in related discipline
- At least 3 years’ relevant working experience in property leasing
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders from different levels
- Good negotiation, analytical and presentation skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
- Proficiency in PC applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
