Responsibilities:
Participate in the planning, execution and monitoring of IT projects throughout the project lifecycle
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports and meeting minutes
Track project progress, timelines, risks and issues, and prepare regular status updates
Facilitate communication among stakeholders to align expectations and resolve issues
Collaborate with project managers in the delivery of work packages and change requests
Coordinate quality assurance processes, including testing, issue tracking and resolution
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or a related discipline
3+ years of experience in IT project coordination or business analysis; Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Project Coordinator position
Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)
Proficient in MS Office and project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
Candidates available for immediate start will be preferred
