Job Duty

THE ROLE - Conduct induction, technical and operational training courses according to the scheduled training plan and/or based on the training demand of the line departments - Conduct regular skills check, refresher courses and briefings to internal and external staff as required - Assist Training Manager in designing and developing training courses and learning solutions - Continuous review and update training materials to reflect up-to-date procedures and requirements of customer airlines, government regulatory bodies and the Company standard - Evaluate trainees performance during and after training and feedback to operation functions when necessary - Ensure all training records and well maintained and easy to be retrieved - Support as an airport tour guide for internal and external visitors when required - Assist in projects and adhoc assignment THE PERSON - Bachelor in Training or Business Administration disciplines - With airport work experiences on GSE would be an advantage - Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin - A good team-player and demonstrates strong safety awareness - Effective communication and presentation skills - Demonstrate professional and technical knowledge - Holder of a valid Hong Kong driving license Class 1,2 (Classes 18,19 would be an advantage) How to Apply We offer an attractive remuneration package and fringe benefits to the right candidate.
