Admin Assistant / Clerk

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department to ensure efficient daily operations and execution of business activities.
  • Handle invoicing, billing, and the preparation of business contracts and agreements.
  • Act as the central point of contact to align internal team tasks with strict timelines, ensuring all administrative milestones are met.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and follow-up.

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma / Diploma qualification, Secretarial Studies, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in secretarial, team administration, or team operations support.
  • Proficient in MS Office will be an advantage.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Immediate availability or a short notice period is highly preferred.
