Senior Talent Acquisition Assistant (Ground Handling Services)

Cathay Subsidiary Services consists of several independent departments that provides professional services to Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and its subsidiaries (the ‘Company’), including but not limited to Cathay Cargo Terminal, Cathay Dining, HAS by Cathay and Vogue Laundry Service Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end- to-end recruitment process including but not limited to job posting, shortlisting and interviewing candidates etc.

• Assist in using different recruitment tools such as job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems.

• Maintain accurate recruitment data.

• Liaise with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and external partners.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• At least 2 years solid experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field.

• Sound knowledge in aviation industry especially in ground handling services is highly preferred.

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English & Chinese.

• Detail minded, responsible, willing to learn and adapt changes.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

• Immediate available would be an advantage.
