Major Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the Operations Team;
- Handle enquiry & complaint cases;
- Liaise with different stakeholders;
- Ensure internal & external operation that meet the certain T&C and Ordinances;
- Ad-hoc assignment.
Requirements:
- Degree/ Higher Diploma holder in Administration or related discipline;
- At least 3 years working experience in the office operation field;
- At least 1 year supervision experience;
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English;
- Initiative, multitasking, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure; and
- Customer service experience will be an advantage.
Area: Kwai Hing
5-day work week
