Job Duty
Responsibilities: 1. Perform general receptionist duties, respond to all parents' inquiries, including appointment booking, prepare invoice, record all detail of customer payment and enquire. 2. Maintain good relations with parents/customers 3. Other administrative duties as assigned Requirements : • Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines • At least 1 year solid working experience in sales administration or customer service field • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) • An outgoing personality, strong communication skills and great team player • A proactive, dynamic and enthusiastic attitude • Willingness to learn and develop • Prior experience in customer service is a plus • Immediate Available is highly preferable • Computer sill in using apple mac book • Saturday and Sunday need to on duty, and day off in weekday
