Marketing Manager (Chinese Cuisine)

We are a leading F&B group with a diverse portfolio of over 50 restaurants, hotels, cafes, and bars. We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven marketing professional to spearhead the branding and promotional campaigns for our Chinese Cuisine Line .

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive annual marketing strategies and campaigns for our Chinese dining brands.

Campaign Management: Oversee promotional activities, festive menus, new restaurant openings, and seasonal food launches.

Digital & Social Media: Manage official social media platforms, content creation, CRM programs, and influencer (KOL) collaborations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with culinary teams and store operations to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, track campaign performance metrics, and optimize marketing spend based on ROI analysis.

Requirements

Experience: 3-5+ years of marketing experience in the F&B, hospitality, or retail sector (Candidates with 5+ years and team management experience will be considered for the Manager role).

Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Chinese culinary culture, market trends, and consumer behavior is highly advantageous.

Skills: Proven track record in project management, creative copywriting, digital marketing, and data-driven analysis.

Attributes: Excellent communication skills, highly organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
