Accessories Technical Specialist
Responsibilities
- Work closely with HK&HQ teams to align designs with industrialization requirements starting from the development stage reviewing prototypes, confirmation and pre-production samples from a technical perspective
- Travel to local and international locations to liaise with internal and external stakeholders ensuring alignment with organizational goals regarding product and process compliance
- Analyze quality-related data, prepare and present technical assessment reports to management and stakeholders as well as implement related corrective action plans when needed
- Continuously monitor and evaluate nominated factories as well as workshops for compliance with international social audit standards
- After having assessed factories capabilities, provide effective guidance on Quality Assurance and Quality Control Standards through proper trainings and coaching while conducting in-line and final inspections
- QA&QC Standard Operating Procedures Management
- Physical and Chemical Testing Management
- Expected to spend a portion of time in China and visit Hong Kong for a day each week
Requirements
- DSE / Form 5 or above
- 10 years relevant experience in the accessories manufacturing industry
- Strong command of spoken and written English is essential
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
