Responsibilities

• New business hunting: identify, approach, and win new advertisers/sponsors.
• Account reactivation & growth: re-engage lapsed accounts and expand existing relationships through structured upsell plans.
• Solution selling: package and sell integrated campaigns across print, digital, and marketing solutions with clear deliverables and timelines.
• Campaign delivery coordination: work closely with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and continuous optimization of campaign performance.
• Market intelligence: stay close to category trends, competitor activity, and client campaign calendars; convert insights into commercial proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder, with 3 years or above relevant experience in sales & marketing/media/advertising/account serving role.
• Experience in cultivating new business on media platforms.
• Good command of both spoken and written English. Knowledge of Mandarin is an asset.
• Mature, aggressive, self‑motivated and good presentation skill.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Business Development Manager.
