Our company provides wide range of services from system/network implementation, cloud platform, application development and technical support services. To cope with our rapid growth, we are looking for a high caliber talent to join us in the following position:
What you'll be doing
- Respond promptly to user inquiries and troubleshoot a variety of hardware and software issues.
- Provide first-line support and guide users through the resolution of technical problems.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, and other IT equipment.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and enhance existing systems.
- Document and maintain detailed records of all support activities and resolutions.
What we're looking for
- Familiarity with a range of hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Relevant technical certifications or qualifications in IT support or a related field.
- Fresh graduates from Computing/ Information Technology is welcome.
