Senior Marketing Specialist - Loyalty Program

Purpose & Impact
This role is responsible for driving end-to-end marketing campaign delivery that enhances customer engagement, strengthens brand consistency, and delivers measurable business outcomes.
You will apply a customer-focused mindset to create seamless and engaging experiences across an O+O (Offline + Online) ecosystem, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Through strong cross‑functional collaboration and a scientific, data‑driven approach, you will optimise campaign effectiveness, improve customer journeys, and contribute to continuous business growth in a fast‑paced environment.
Campaign Management & Execution
- Drive end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns from planning, implementation, testing to post‑campaign evaluation.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, aligned to objectives, and executed with high quality across channels.
Customer‑Centric Marketing
- Embed a customer‑first mindset in campaign planning and execution.
- Design and deliver relevant, engaging content and offers that enhance customer experience and loyalty.
O+O (Offline + Online) Experience Integration
- Ensure consistent and seamless customer journeys across physical and digital channels.
- Align messaging, visual and content across touchpoints to deliver a unified brand experience.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Group, Business Units, and cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Demonstrate collaboration as a way of working, aligning stakeholders, managing dependencies and ensuring smooth execution across teams and partners.
Data‑Driven Campaign Optimisation
- Adopt a scientific and analytical approach to campaign planning and performance management.
- Track key metrics, analyse results, and generate insights to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
- Support testing (e.g. A/B, journey validation) to ensure quality and optimise outcomes.
Brand & Content Governance
- Ensure all communications (visual and copy) adhere to brand guidelines and deliver consistent messaging.
- Maintain high standards of content quality across all online and offline customer touchpoints.
- Continuously improve customer experience through structured planning, execution, and measurement.
- Identify gaps and opportunities in customer journeys to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
