Clinic Business Lead

We are seeking a seasoned and commercially minded Clinic Business Lead to join our Western Medicine team in Hong Kong. This leadership role is responsible for driving the overall performance of an assigned clinic territory, with accountability for service quality, productivity, financial results, patient satisfaction, staff engagement, and clinical compliance. The successful candidate will lead and coach Centre Managers, strengthen operational excellence across the clinic cluster, and deliver measurable improvements in revenue growth, cost control, resource utilisation, and KPI performance. This role also plays a key part in identifying opportunities for service expansion, improving customer experience, managing doctor relationships and retention risks, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and audit expectations. Job Description: 

• Lead the overall performance of an assigned clinic territory across service quality, productivity, financial results, patient satisfaction, staff engagement, and compliance.

• Coach and develop Centre Managers to strengthen leadership capability and operational excellence across the clinic cluster.

• Drive revenue growth, cost control, resource utilisation, and KPI improvement to achieve strong business performance.

• Identify opportunities to enhance services, improve customer experience, and support sustainable clinic growth.

• Manage doctor relationships, workforce stability, and recruitment planning to support smooth clinic operations.

• Ensure compliance with clinical procedures, regulatory requirements, audit standards, and risk management expectations.

Job requirements:  

• A degree or above in healthcare management, business administration, operations management, or a related discipline.

• At least 8 to 10 years of managerial experience in service operations, ideally within healthcare, clinics, or other multi-site service environments.

• Proven hands-on experience managing clinic or business unit P&L, including revenue delivery, cost control, and productivity improvement.

• Strong operational execution skills, with the ability to translate strategy into measurable business and service outcomes.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability, with confidence in diagnosing operational issues and driving corrective action.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions and levels.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
