We are currently looking for a talented Assistant Portfolio Officer to join our Portfolio Management Team in Hong Kong’s premier lifestyle hub - Pacific Place. It is the ultimate place to shop, dine, work, play and relax. Our Portfolio Management team is professional in management of a comprehensive development comprises retail, office and five-star hotels, and providing quality services to our stakeholders and creating added value to make Pacific Place even more exceptional.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide clerical and administrative support for the leasing and management of Pacific Place and associated retail portfolios
- Prepare full spectrum of lease documentation, including tenancy agreements, licence agreements, letters, etc.
- Manage leasing data system
- Provide administrative support to the team, e.g. maintaining proper records and regular reports, handle general enquiries on property management matters
REQUIREMENTS
- Post-secondary or tertiary education in property management or related disciplines preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in clerical and/or administrative experience, preferably in leasing / property management field
- Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
- Develops and delivers communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audience
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good PC skills including MS Office
