Speech Therapist

Provides assessment and therapy services at Hong Kong and Macau clinics, major private hospitals, nursing homes and mainstream schools.

What you will do

• Lead or handle any other ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by the Line Manager.

• Providing assessment and therapy services for patients with speech, language and swallowing disorders in clinic and other set up such as hospital and elderly homes.

• Accurately write the assessment report and develop effective rehabilitation plans (if needed) based on the assessment result.

• Write treatment records, progress reports, and submit written reports in a timely and effective manner.

• Providing professional training on speech therapy

• Acting as a resource on clinical expertise

• Develop and improve the training material as well as speech rehabilitation training aids.

• Coach and provide advisory to Jr. Speech Therapist

• Fulfil the KPIs target set by the company.

What you bring

Experience

• Speech Therapist(s) with 3+ years of relevant experiences at clinics, major private hospitals, nursing homes and mainstream schools

• Experiences of working in Clinical Hearing and Speech Centre is a plus.

• A consistent track record of delivery and support of the business with the ability to execute well.

• Working experiences of developing speech therapy training material as well as speech rehabilitation training aids.
