Analyst Programmer (.NET, C#, Degree holder)

Job Description:
Assist to gather user requirements and participate in the software development life cycle (SDLC) of application systems.
Assist the IT team and contractors in various IT projects.
Assist the procurement of services and products including market survey, preparation of service/product specifications, tendering and quality assurance for deliverables by contractors.
Assist the programming works for platforms of iOS/Android Mobile Apps and Microsoft .NET Core.
Assist the testing, installation, deployment and configuration of IT systems and devices at different sewage treatment facilities.
Assist the documentation including the preparation of tender documentation package, meeting minutes, software manual, procurement proposal and technical report.
Provide the helpdesk support and office hour technical support.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Information Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or related disciplines.
Must have grade D or above in English Language (Syllabus B) in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent.
At least 2 years' relevant experience in application development by using common programming languages and development platforms such as C#.NET
Good communication skills
Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
