Corporate Finance Analyst

Our client is an expanding listed investment firm with sizable principal fund to support potential investment activities.
- Provide full and comprehensive financial analysis support for all kinds of investment projects, including but not limited IPOs, M&A, fund raising, commercial transaction, etc.
- Develop financial models with meaningful analysis as well as assess and evaluate the investment risks and perform due diligence
- Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
- Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks
- Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in Financial Accounting or related discipline
- 2+ years' solid experience in Corporate Finance, preferable gained from FI industry or Big 4
- Sound knowledge in financial modeling and due diligence
- Strong numerical sense and excellent in operating MS Excel
- Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
