Marketing Executive

Our company is specialized in the Food & Beverage industry. We own brands mainly in Japanese Yakiniku, Ramen and Donuts. As we are currently expanding our team, we are sincerely looking for a Marketing Executive. Job description 1. Digital Marketing Strategy: Execute and manage daily campaigns across popular social media (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, XHS...) and digital platforms to drive engagement and sales; 2. Proactively use AI tools (Generative AI for text, images, videos and workflow automation) to raise the productivity and quality of content of daily marketing collateral; 3. Visual Merchandising & Design: Conceptualize and design Store POP (Point of Purchase) materials and product display models that stop customers in their tracks; 4. Work on digital marketing plans and marketing calendar; 5. Content Support: Assist in drafting copywriting and brainstorming content for various platforms, including social media, eDMs, and in-store displays (POP); 6. CRM & Membership Operations: Help maintain the CRM database, execute member-exclusive promotions, and support initiatives aimed at recruiting new members; and 7. Support any ad hoc duties as and when required. Job specification 1. Graduate of business administration, marketing or public relations is preferred; 2. Relevant working experience as all mentioned above; 3. A confident performer with good presentation skills and ability on working with all stakeholders; 4. Well versed on using Microsoft, all digital tools and popular media platforms. 5. Proficiency in design software (Photoshop or canvas) and a high level of comfort with AI productivity tools; 6. Experience in Graphic Design and Content creation or Digital marketing; and 7. Adaptability of working in fast faced industry with minimal supervision.
