工作職責

1. 制定並實施線上線下（O2O）及主要消費渠道的策略計劃，以實現公司目標。Develop and implement strategic channel plans for O2O and key consumer channels to achieve company objectives. 2. 為現有及新產品識別並推動新的市場舉措。Identify and drive new initiatives for both existing and new products within consumer channels. 3. 與市場營銷團隊緊密合作，設計並執行指定客戶的促銷策略和活動，確保達成銷售目標。Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and execute promotional strategies and activities for assigned customers, ensuring sales targets are met. 4. 制定並執行關鍵客戶的年度銷售計劃。Formulate and execute annual sales plans for key accounts. 5. 與客戶談判促銷協議和商業計劃，建立互惠互利的合作關係。Negotiate promotional agreements and business plans with customers to foster mutually beneficial partnerships. 6. 建立並維護與關鍵客戶的良好關係，增強合作。Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to enhance collaboration. 7. 分析市場和銷售數據，為策略規劃提供依據，確保銷售目標的實現。Analyze market and sales data to inform strategic planning and ensure achievement of sales targets. 8. 為管理層提供最新的市場洞察，支持業務發展計劃。Provide management with up-to-date market insights to support business development initiatives. 任職要求 Requirements: 1. 任何學科的大專或以上學歷。Diploma or higher in any discipline. 2. 具備銷售管理或關鍵客戶管理的豐富經驗。Proven experience in sales management or key account management. 3. 熟悉美容行業、電子商務或消費品行業者優先。Familiarity with the beauty industry, e-commerce, or consumer products is preferred. 4. 出色的溝通、人際交往、演講及談判技巧。Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills. 5. 積極主動的團隊合作者，能在壓力下表現出色。Self-motivated team player with the ability to thrive under pressure. 6. 具備強大的韌性、靈活性及克服挑戰的熱情。Strong resilience, flexibility, and a passion for overcoming challenges. 7. 主動積極，能提出創新舉措。Proactive and able to generate innovative initiatives. 8. 以結果為導向，具備敏銳的商業頭腦和良好的人脈關係。Result-oriented with strong business acumen and connections. 9. 能夠與各級利益相關者有效互動。Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. 10. 熟練使用MS Office應用程式（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）及中文文字處理。Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
