Job Scopes
• Sets up and fully attends IT service counters at MC5 and Head Office (HO) from 09:00 to 18:00 on weekdays.
• Handles walk-in support and general user enquiries.
Job Requirement
- Higher-Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
- 1-2+ years of experience in front-line IT helpdesk or deskside support.
- Capable of performing initial triage and basic troubleshooting to fulfill agreed work task lists for walk-in users.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills for face-to-face support.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Working Windows: Mon – Fri, 09:00 - 18:00
- Working Location: Customer Office
