Job Description
- Lead delivery of digital messaging across eDM, SMS, push and emerging channels
- Own end-to-end lifecycle: scoping, build, testing, deployment, and optimisation
- Partner with business, analytics and tech teams for campaign execution
- Drive high-quality, scalable CRM communications and customer engagement
- Perform hands-on data analysis to support lead generation and campaign tracking
- Generate actionable insights to improve performance and customer experience
- Ensure seamless rollout and ongoing support of messaging initiatives
- Maintain accuracy and operational excellence in all deliverables
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related fields
- Experience in data/analytics roles within retail banking environment
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and automation
- Exposure to AI initiatives (e.g. AI agents, RAG implementations)
- Familiarity with CRM/digital messaging tools (e.g. SFMC, AEM, Pega)
- Knowledge of SAS, Tableau or QlikSense is advantageous
- Strong analytical thinking, organisation and problem-solving ability
- Effective communicator with stakeholder management skills
- Detail-driven with high standards for quality and accuracy
- Self-motivated with strong ownership and service mindset
