Architect / Senior Architect

• Join the in-house architectural team
• Master Degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years’ post-qualification experience

Responsibilities

• Join the in-house architectural team to oversee the projects in Hong Kong, including hotel, commercial, office, residential and conservation of heritage buildings;
• Work and liaise with relevant parties, including Buildings Department, other government departments / consultants / contractors / supplies, for co-ordination, site meetings as well as process variation order submission and tender documents;
• Plan and execute architectural design, interior fitting-out coordination and project management works;
• Lead a team of assistant architects and draughtsmen to handle government submissions, site supervision and general project coordination works.

Requirements

• Master Degree in Architecture or equivalent;
• Minimum 10 years’ post-qualification experience;
• Registered Architect and Authorized Person in Hong Kong;
• Well-versed with architectural procedures, e.g. tender procedure and sales of domestic units;
• Well-versed with local development controls, practice and regulations;
• Well-versed with the architectural software, including 3D modelling;
• Experienced in project management, e.g. execution and planning;
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Immediate available is an advantage;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the post of Senior Architect.
