PR & Marketing Assistant Manager, Shopping Mall

Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of PR plans and media outreach programmes.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with local media, influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Draft press releases, media kits, pitch emails, and other PR materials under guidance.
- Coordinate media interviews, press previews, and media visits.
- Monitor media coverage, compile regular PR reports, and track key performance metrics.
- Manage external PR agencies on campaign implementation and brand consistency.
Event & Marketing
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across offline and online channels.
- Contribute to social media content planning and community engagement initiatives where required.
- Initiate partnership campaigns, events, customer engagement programs etc. with tenants or business partners to enhance brand awareness, traffic and business performance
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of events, brand collaborations, and promotional activations.
- Support logistics, vendor coordination, invitation management, and guest handling.
- Ensure events align with brand guidelines and deliver intended communication and engagement outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in PR, marketing, or communications, preferably within lifestyle, retail, hospitality sectors.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Good understanding of media landscape in Hong Kong and experience in media pitching or coordination is preferred.
- Solid organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset, strong attention to detail, and a good sense of aesthetics.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends for events or media activities.
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as a Manager
