【職位概述】 我們正在尋找一位工作細心、有條理且具備良好溝通能力的秘書加入團隊。你將主要負責處理日常行政與秘書事務,協助管理層及團隊維持辦公室的高效運作。 【主要職責】 協助管理層處理日常行政事務、編排工作日程及會議時間表 處理及篩選日常商業電郵、信件、電話查詢及外來訪客接待 負責準備、整理及存檔各類商業文件、報告、會議記錄及合約 協助協調辦公室日常運作、採購辦公用品及維護辦公設備 處理臨時交辦的其他行政或支援工作 【職位要求】 具備流利廣東話、良好英語及普通話的溝通與書寫能力 熟練操作 MS Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)及繁簡中文、英文打字 工作認真負責、細心、守時,並具備良好的保密意識與團隊合作精神
