We are now looking for a talented Assistant Marketing Manager to join our Residential Marketing team based at our headquarters in One Island East. This role is responsible for formulate and execute overall sales and marketing strategies for residential development projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in the formulation and execution of overall sales and marketing strategies for residential development projects.
• Coordinate with consultants and agencies to prepare sales and marketing materials, in compliance with the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance
• Manage branding, advertising, publicity, exhibition, sales gallery and showflat design and production coordination
• Develop Marketing assets including rendering, animation, photos, videos and drone shooting etc.
• Develop marketing collaterals including sales brochure, website, pamphlets and market research etc.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to introduce innovation and maintain a competitive edge in marketing strategies
• Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or communication
• Knowledge of Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance or equivalent regulatory framework is highly preferred
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills
• Certifications in Digital Marketing / CRM / Data Analytics are advantageous
• Independent, detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of handling multi-tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin
