Assistant Manager, InnoCell

The Position

• Manage, review and process InnoCell accommodation applications in accordance with the admission policies and procedures
• Assist to manage and oversee the team’s performance in order to meet the targeted KPIs
• Being the coordination contact point and oversee the performance of InnoCell service operators (both InnoCell and satellite sites) in order to implement any related strategies and policies/ procedures smoothly (on-site station may be required)
• Assist in preparing and monitoring annual budgets, including occupancy and revenue forecasting, budget variance analysis, cost control, etc.

• Support the implementation of different projects

• Prepare leasing reports,statistics, meeting minutes and conduct research as required
• Perform any other duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor(s)

The Candidate 

• A bachelor’s degree holder in Business Administration, Hospitality or related disciplines or equivalent 
• Min. 5 years of working experience preferably in residential leasing, hall admission, hospitality, customer services, and operation supports; with experience in property developer is an advantage  
• Able to work independently, proactively and coach other junior team members  
• Well-organized and detailed-minded with good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills 
• Good analytical and financial management capabilities, including budget forecasting is an advantage 
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. 
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua) 
• Travelling to the site(s) of service contractor(s) is required
