Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Sales, marketing and procurement teams to achieve company sales target, GP dollar target, stock management standard and increase the distribution and penetration of products


• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence


• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs


• Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, identify customer’s needs to provide a solution and make initial presentations


• Develop, present and sell new business proposals to appropriate prospects


• Own objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives


• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team


• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status


• Develop new products by coordinating with procurement & marketing Team


• Attend and actively participate in regular sales meetings


• Achieve the desired business goals / sales targets and implement the strategies to increase sales revenue


• Support of the entire B2B lead generation process and coordinate sales activities from orders through to completion


• Assist in sales planning, product allocation, projections, ordering and buying & Selling


• Provide excellent sales trading service and information to existing and new customers


• Develop relationship with clients through trading and execution services


• Follow up after trading


• Communicate with warehouse e.g. packing information, planning of packing


• Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above in any disciplines


• Minimum 5 years in the FMCG / F&B / Food retails / Supermarket industry will be an advantage (less experience will be considered as Sales Executive)


• Proven track record in achieving sales targets, driving business growth, and managing key accounts


• Strong understanding of sales operations, market trends, and competitive landscape


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills


• Ability to build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional client service


• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with the ability to make data‑driven decisions


• Self‑motivated, result‑oriented, and able to work independently under pressure


• Strong team player who can collaborate effectively across departments


• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)


• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese


• Immediate or with short notice is preferred
