Sales Executive
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Sales, marketing and procurement teams to achieve company sales target, GP dollar target, stock management standard and increase the distribution and penetration of products
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, identify customer’s needs to provide a solution and make initial presentations
- Develop, present and sell new business proposals to appropriate prospects
- Own objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Develop new products by coordinating with procurement & marketing Team
- Attend and actively participate in regular sales meetings
- Achieve the desired business goals / sales targets and implement the strategies to increase sales revenue
- Support of the entire B2B lead generation process and coordinate sales activities from orders through to completion
- Assist in sales planning, product allocation, projections, ordering and buying & Selling
- Provide excellent sales trading service and information to existing and new customers
- Develop relationship with clients through trading and execution services
- Follow up after trading
- Communicate with warehouse e.g. packing information, planning of packing
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- DSE / Form 5 or above in any disciplines
- Minimum 5 years in the FMCG / F&B / Food retails / Supermarket industry will be an advantage (less experience will be considered as Sales Executive)
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets, driving business growth, and managing key accounts
- Strong understanding of sales operations, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional client service
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with the ability to make data‑driven decisions
- Self‑motivated, result‑oriented, and able to work independently under pressure
- Strong team player who can collaborate effectively across departments
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate or with short notice is preferred
