Assistant Manager, Operations - Western Medicine

Assist supervisor in overseeing the entire centre operations of the assigned territory and drive the centre performance in terms of revenue, profit, patient satisfaction and clinical compliance.

Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Job Description: 

• Lead, coach and develop Centre Managers / Centre ICs to drive performance, engagement, and service culture

• Deliver financial and operational targets through regular KPI reviews and performance management

• Drive customer experience by improving NPS, satisfaction, return, and referral rates

• Optimise workforce planning, including roster efficiency, manpower management, and GP/SP engagement and retention

• Ensure consistent execution of operational and clinical standards through audits and process improvement

• Support business strategy execution and drive operational initiatives across the assigned territory

• Leverage technology and AI tools to enhance operations and customer engagement

• Manage operational risks and incidents, and act as key liaison between centres and back office

• Perform other duties as assigned

Job requirements:

• Degree or above in health care management, business administration or a related field. 

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in managing service operations.

• Exposure in medical service industry or retail operations is preferred.

• Self starter, proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, Mardarin will be an added advantage.

• Strong analytical skills to tackle issues, systematic and methodical in implementing changes.

• Excellence interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders acorss different teams.

• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
