Product Executive (Fresh Graduate Welcome)

Responsibilities:

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • 1. Market Research & Analysis

                                    • Conduct market research on consumer electronics / hardware products to identify industry trends, technology shifts, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

                                    • Benchmark competitor products on hardware specifications, features, pricing, and user experience; compile competitive analysis reports.

                                    • Define target user segments and develop buyer personas based on market data and user insights..

                                    2. Product Definition & Planning

                                    • Translate market insights and customer needs into clear product requirements, specifications, and feature definitions.

                                    • Draft and maintain product requirement documents (PRD) and product specifications covering key components, performance parameters, and design constraints.

                                    • Assist in developing product roadmaps and prioritizing features aligned with business objectives and technical feasibility.

                                    • Collaborate with hardware engineering, ID (Industrial Design), and mechanical/structural design teams on product concept, architecture, and technical feasibility reviews.

                                    • Support pricing strategy development based on cost analysis, competitive benchmarking, and market positioning.

                                    3. Product Lifecycle & Launch Execution

                                    • Support new product introduction (NPI) and manage product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch iteration.

                                    • Coordinate product launch activities, ensuring cross-functional alignment on timelines, deliverables, and readiness.

                                    • Develop product documentation and collateral, including product specifications, feature briefs, presentations, and training materials for internal teams and partners.

                                    • Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and provide actionable insights to drive product iterations and refinements.

Requirements:

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; degree in Engineering or related field is HIGHLY PREFERRED.

                                      • 0-3 years relevant experience is preferred (Welcome Fresh Graduates as Assistant Product Executive)

                                      • Strong understanding of and proficiency with Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance productivity and analysis

                                      • Ability to work independently with a passion for achievement, strong strategic thinking, and project management skills with analytical thinking

                                      • Effective collaboration skills across teams

                                      • Passion for consumer electronics and hardware products

                                      • Proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

                                      • Willing to Travel Europe and Mainland China
