Role Purpose:

This position holder(s) will assist in reviewing shelf space usage, collaborate with buying teams to optimize product assortment and sales density, and prepare and implement planograms while facilitating execution at the store level.

  A typical day in this Role:

• Assist in reviewing stores’ use of shelf space and making appropriate recommendations on shelf space and range

• Work closely with buying teams on product assortment and optimizing the product mix and sales density

• Prepare and implement the planogram and facilitate the execution at store level

Success will depend on:

• Experience in Space Planning, preferably gained in FMCG / Retail industry

• Strong analytical skills and sensitive to figures 

• Familiarity with planogram tools such as Spaceman, AutoCAD will be an advantage

• Good understanding of store operations

• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
