Senior Property Officer (Tsing Yi)

TSE Property Management Company Limited , a subsidiary of Tai Sang Land Development Limited, invites applications for the following position:-

Senior Property Officer (Tsing Yi)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all rounded supervision on property and facility management

To handle emergency incidents, customer enquiries and complaints

Liaise with internal and external parties to provide smooth operation in daily management

Maintain good tenant relationships and supervision the performance of contractor

Perform ad-hoc duties as required by supervisor

Immediate availability is preferable

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree holder in property management or related disciplines

Minimum 5 years experience in Property Management of which at least 2 years in supervisory capacity

Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Knowledge of MS Office
