Senior Human Resources Executive (Payroll and C&B)

【Responsibilities】

• To perform a full spectrum of HR duties which include payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations and HR projects; and

• To assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor(s).

【Qualifications & Preferred Attributes】

• Degree holder with at least 5 years of progressively experience in managing payroll independently;

• Well versed in Employment Ordinance and database management;

• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a “can-do” attitude;

• Detailed and meticulous with good multitasking abilities;

• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills;

• Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint; and

• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
