Responsible for handling departmental administration work to ensure smooth operations, managing procurement documentation, assisting in compliance with ISO & AEO standards and supporting the
implementation of best practices within the department.
- Higher Diploma or above in administration, purchasing, or related disciplines.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in material control, procurement, and administrative management within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14000, and AEO standards.
- Proven experience in managing supplier contracts and utilizing various procurement systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese.
