Project Manager (Windows 11 & IT Infrastructure Upgrade)

Job Description
• Manage and execute Windows 11 upgrade initiatives and kiosk project implementations.
• Coordinate directly with end users, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth deployment.
• Prepare project documentation, establish schedules, and monitor overall timeline progress.
• Facilitate meeting arrangements, including sending invitations, setting agendas, and recording minutes with actionable items.
• Oversee administrative operations, including inventory list consolidation, goods delivery, storage, and disposal handling.
• Escort third-party vendors and handle necessary on-site duties, including occasional support during non-office hours at remote offices.
Job Requirements
• Proven project management experience with a strong background in Windows upgrade projects.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
• Hold a valid Safety Card required for site operations.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and inventory consolidation.
• Highly adaptable to manage additional IT infrastructure projects assigned by the client.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred to start the role promptly.
