Cryptocurrency Trader(加密货币交易员)

Responsibilities：

• Reporting to the Head of Proprietary Investment Business Division, accountable for executing cryptocurrency product trading orders. Through strategic implementation and robust risk governance, ensuring zero operational risks and optimizing profit maximization.

• Conduct real-time monitoring of order book depth and market dynamics across leading exchanges (e.g., Binance/OKX/Bybit), adeptly identifying trading opportunities and seizing optimal execution price windows.

• Collaborate with the proprietary trading team to execute trading mandates, track and evaluate strategy performance, and provide slippage analytics for strategic recalibration and iterative enhancement.

• Generate periodic trading execution quality reports, incorporating key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Fill Rate and Slippage.

• Deliver data-driven, actionable trading recommendations and solutions through in-depth analytical modelling.

• Maintain vigilant tracking of cutting-edge market developments, trends, and news updates.

Requirements：

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in STEM disciplines (Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, etc.). Preference for graduates from Hong Kong’s top three universities (HKU/HKUST/CUHK) or global QS Top 100 institutions.

• Preferably 2+ years of cryptocurrency trading execution experience (requiring submission of historical order book records). Proficient in exchange products, trading protocols, order types, and mainstream trading platforms. Expertise in financial analysis tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Excel, Python, etc.).

• Work experience at leading Hong Kong-based cryptocurrency exchanges or digital asset quantitative funds. Priority for candidates with algorithmic trading, quantitative analysis experience, or tenure at licensed Hong Kong financial institutions.

• Possess extensive industry resources and networks in the cryptocurrency sector, with profound market insights and critical thinking.

• Demonstrate acute market sensitivity, coupled with robust analytical and forecasting acumen.

• Capable of making sound decisions and managing high-pressure scenarios in fast-paced trading environments.

• Fluent in English, Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin), with strong communication and presentation skills.

岗位核心职责：

• 向自营投资业务部负责人汇报，负责加密货币产品交易订单的执行，通过执行交易策略和风险把控，实现零操作风险和利益最大化

• 实时追踪Binance/OKX/Bybit等主流交易所深度和市场发展，准确识别交易机会，捕捉最佳执行价格窗口

• 与自营团队配合执行交易指令，追踪和评估交易策略的表现，反馈滑点数据供策略调整和迭代

• 定期生成交易执行质量报告（包含Fill Rate、Slippage滑价等KPI）

• 通过数据分析来提供深入可行的交易建议和方案

• 保持对市场最新发展和趋势、新闻等的高度关注和追踪

任职资格要求：

• 数学/金融工程/计算机等STEM专业本科及以上学历，毕业于香港三大（HKU/HKUST/CUHK）或全球QS Top100院校为佳

• 有2-3年以上加密货币交易执行经验（需提供历史订单簿记录样本）为佳，熟悉交易所各类产品和交易规则。精通订单类型及主流交易平台，熟练使用金融分析工具和软件（如Bloomberg，Excel，Python等）

• 有在香港排名领先的加密货币交易平台或数字货币量化基金工作经历；有算法交易和量化分析的经验、或在香港持牌金融机构工作经验的优先考虑

• 具备丰富的加密货币行业资源和人脉，对加密货币市场有深入的了解和思考

• 对市场变化高度敏感，有良好的市场分析和预测能力

• 能够在快节奏的交易环境中做出决策并有效应对压力

• 英文和中文（包括粤语和普通话）流利，有较强的沟通和表达能力
