Location: Sun Street, Wan Chai, Hong Kong Company: Jules Shah Ltd / Chios Ltd Role Overview Perfumer H is seeking a thoughtful and service-oriented Part-Time Sales Associate to support our Hong Kong boutique in Sun Street, Wan Chai. The role focuses on fragrance storytelling, craftsmanship, and creating a refined and personal customer experience. The ideal candidate has a strong appreciation for perfume, objects, materials, design, and the quiet details that define the British based Perfumer H world. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers in a warm, discreet, and refined manner Introduce fragrances, candles, and objects through storytelling and personal consultation Share the craftsmanship, creative process, and heritage behind Perfumer H products Support bespoke fragrance discovery and gifting experiences Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards Assist with stock management and replenishment Process POS transactions and daily opening/closing procedures Support in-store events, launches, exhibitions, and workshops Participate in ongoing product and brand training Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the boutique space Preferred Profile Previous experience in luxury retail, fragrance, fashion, design, hospitality, or gallery environments Strong interpersonal and communication skills Interest in perfume, craftsmanship, art, interiors, and culture Calm, detail-oriented, and highly service-focused personality Cantonese and English preferred; Mandarin is a plus Comfortable working within a boutique and highly personalised retail environment Boutique Environment The Sun Street boutique is designed as a quiet and thoughtful retail space centred around fragrance, craftsmanship, and artistic collaboration. Team members are expected to contribute to an atmosphere that feels welcoming, cultured, and intimate. Schedule: Flexible part-time shifts Candidates available to work at least 3 days per week (including one shift on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Public Holidays) will be prioritized.'
