Job Duty
Duties & Responsibilities: Customer Service & Repair Coordination 1. Ensure all customer repair requests are arranged within 7 to 14 business days. 2. Guarantee prompt customer communication by taking or returning all calls on the same day. 3. Maintain and update the Repair database and POS system accurately. 4. Coordinate cross-border repairs (Macau & Mainland China) seamlessly between customers and service technicians. 5. Arrange and manage spare parts procurement and ordering for customer requests. 6. Liaise with warehouse personnel to facilitate spare parts stock movements and allocation. 7. Provide coverage for the Logistics Customer Support team during team members' leave or scheduled off days. Experience & Qualifications: 1. Diploma or above in any discipline 2. Min. 1 year of related experience, preferable in Customer Service and Maintenance Arrangement 3. Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills 4. PC knowledge in Microsoft Excel / Word / Outlook 5. Knowledge and experience in POS system / SAP system 6.
