Role Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shop Manager to lead one of our Hong Kong retail locations. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen, exceptional customer service standards, and the ability to manage and inspire a high‑performing team. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining the brand’s premium image. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs. • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide structured feedback. • Plan staff schedules, manage attendance, and ensure adequate coverage. • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members. • Foster a positive, professional, and results‑driven store culture. Sales & Client Experience • Drive store sales through effective client engagement and team coaching. • Ensure consistent delivery of premium customer service standards. • Support clienteling initiatives and VIP customer management. • Analyse sales trends and implement actions to improve conversion and basket size. • Manage customer complaints with professionalism and solution‑oriented approach. Store Operations & Compliance • Oversee daily store operations, opening/closing procedures, and POS accuracy. • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation. • Manage stock levels, replenishment, and inventory accuracy. • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational guidelines, and loss‑prevention procedures. • Coordinate with HQ on reporting, product requests, and operational updates. Business & Performance Management • Monitor KPIs, sales targets, and productivity metrics. • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. • Implement strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency. • Support marketing initiatives, in‑store events, and brand activations. Requirements • Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in fashion or luxury. • Strong leadership, communication, and team‑building skills. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing KPIs. • Excellent customer service mindset and problem‑solving ability. • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced retail environment. • Proficiency in POS systems and basic reporting tools. • Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
